You can find our products in shops in Ireland, Europe and Asia, labelled with our own brand or with a private label. We produce frozen, chilled and fresh products, both in our own factories and with partners. Our advantage is that we customize our products according to our customers' specifications. Our main goal is to produce high-quality products while keeping competitive prices.

Cutting

All our filets are cut by hand, while our portions are cut either by hand or by our Marel I-cut 130. In addition to producing fixed weight portions, this provides us with a choice of multiple cutting angles for fillets and whole fish.

Smokery

We have our own smokery at M-509 Waterline where we produce smoked salmon, trout and cod. We are proud of the taste of our dry cured and smoked salmon. The ingredients in our recipe are salmon, salt, sugar, time and a small portion of patience.
